We originally visited Lake Berkley during March 1999 when it was just a field with a portable Developers Sales Office.
We reserved our South Facing Plot in the centre of the development and became one of the first owners to Close our purchase on Lake Berkley Resort
As first owners we were able to specify lots of extras that are not included in other villas such as His and Hers wash basins in the Master, Electric Ceiling Fans for extra comfort, Bay window in the Dining Room for more natural light and an extended pool deck where we could specify the shape of our swimming pool for maximum safety.
Our family occupied our villa during the first 6 months of ownership so we could ensure that the builders dealt with any teething problems and we have regularly stayed in our villa to ensure it is perfect for renters to stay.
