General rules
Observe the quiet times

No pets allowed.
Please keep loud music/noise down between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
Buses are NOT allowed in Lake Berkley Resort.
All vehicles must fit in one parking space.
Occupancy Regulations: Florida State Law allows for a 3 bedroom condo/home to sleep max of 8 people, 4 bedroom condo/home to sleep max of 10 people, 5 bedroom home to sleep max of 12 people, a 6 bedroom home to sleep max of 14 people, and a 7 bedroom home to sleep max of 16 people. If you are bringing more than that, please check with your rental company for a larger unit.

 

 

Clubhouse Rules:
Clubhouse is open from 8am to 12pm and 6pm to 10pm 7 days a week.
Pool is open from 8am until dusk.
No glass is allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic bottles/cups.
No lifeguard is on duty, guests swim at their own risk.
No running on the pool deck.
No diving/jumping in the pool.
Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian to use the facilities.
